Pleasant terraces overlooking the beautiful garden overlooking the swimming pool shared by several rooms.
Attic floor: there are several spaces to be used for other sleeping places, an area with a desk, a bathroom.
In the basement there is a comfortable living room with a small kitchen and a pleasant bar area, laundry room, utility room, bathroom and spacious gym.

To ensure the comfort of guests there is staff included for cleaning (times and days max 5 days a week 20 h will be established), weekly linen change, garden maintenance, pool cleaning and resolution of any small tasks.


The villa is also available for weekly rentals during the low season.
